Following conditions are banned for domain ownership transfer
1、The domain is pending dispute or in legal procedure.
2、The domain status is Client Ownership Transfer Prohibited.
3、Domain name is expired and payment overdue.
4、 .CN, .公司, and .网络 domains cannot be transferred if there are fewer than 15 days remaining before the expiration date.
