Banned for information modification
1、The domain is pending dispute or in legal procedure.
2、The domain status is Client Update Prohibited.
3、Domain name is expired and payment overdue.
5、.CN, .公司, and .网络 domains cannot be transferred if there are fewer than 15 days remaining before the expiration date.
